Growing up as a foodie, I ventured into Mother’s kitchen at a very young age.
Fascinated by colour, shape and size of various food items, it hit me to know more about cereals, wheat, rice, maize, vegetables etc. Hailing from a farmer family in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh I got interested in herbs and local spices too.
Got married to a Air Warrior from Indian Air Force and got an opportunity to live in different states of India, viz. Gujarat, Karnataka and Jammu & Kashmir and learn their culinary skills and tastes. Besides we have stayed on leisurely holidays in different states viz. Kerala, Goa, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Assam and Mizoram. I have lot of relatives in Punjab and the Punjabi food is yummy.
I have studied and grown up in Delhi. The Capital has eateries of all states and few countries as well to satiate the taste buds of all.
Over the period I kept on learning and improving my culinary skills and developing the taste for food of different states. The razzmatazz I did with my cooking style rattled many a neighbours, friends and relatives.
Thus, came the idea to create the recipes which can be enjoyed by one and all.
Now, having settled in Uttar Pradesh we have an Industrial unit in Greater Noida, District : Gautam Budh Nagar.

It covers a distance of about 46 kilometres before merging in a revered river Beas. This rivulet is full of life and sparkling water from hills.
